The government has just approved the agreement in principle for the basic agreement.
This commitment goes beyond passive acceptance. Executives and senior managers will actively work with and support staff rights to union membership and activity. Whether through allocation, ongoing negotiations or a combination of the two, workers benefit from an increase of at least 2.5% on top of their current rates.
